mSATA or SATA-III is fine. Looking at between 32GB to 120GB. Budget is <$100.
Preference for local set with warranty.
Will be using this as a boot drive for a home server, so I don't need a big amount of space, just something big enough to stick an OpenBSD or Debian and call it a day.
